Thanks for the welcolme
Yes there are varaderos in the UK but because they are so expensive not many people buy them
I personaly love my varadero but she is off the road at the moment i had a nasty accident,i blacked out at 70mph and hit a roundabout reservation......bent the forks, smashed plastics, broken gear lever holder, bent handle bars, big dent in tank........and the seat came off and bounced down the road...hence my question.................. were you guys get those wicked looking seats from?
Thanks for the warm welcolme.

Just a little help for my friends

Hi there Wheelie,
My seat was coming from TJL and I have been very happy with it. He does it from your existing seat, but you'll have to send it to him and then he'll send it back. What I can tell you is that it is really worth the hassle!

The other way to get one is a ready-made from Bagster, who also does tank covers. I have located their UK dealer, their website is here:
http://www.baglux.co.uk/
And their email address:
sales@baglux.co.uk

More seriously, we are very happy to see that this forum becomes more and more international ! This is really a good opportunity to exchange information, ideas and experiences coming from abroad regarding the varadero!!

Don’t worry, nobody in particular, or rather all of us !
It is a smart way to translate “Varadingo” which would be somewhat difficult to be understood by our friend…

Any way Welcome

Bref, bon, j'y go, j'me lance, quand faut y aller, faut y aller... Et puis si ça va vite, ça fait moins mal... Et les plaisanteries les plus courtes sont les meilleures, alors j'y vais.
J'voulais dire quoi déjà?
Mince, j'ai oublié... Bouge pas, ça va me revenir.

A quoi ça sert que j'me décarcasse?

Si c'est comme ça, j'vais m'coucher... Snif!

No thanks I've seen my own bike after an ass cut off the road right in front of me and I could not avoid the crash. 'was quite enough for me... Bike is ruined and good for nothing but trash, and I wasn't spared either...wheelie a écrit :LMFAO you should see the forks one is bent by around 6mm.VaraToutDroit a écrit :Wheelie, I understand your login better now. Sounds like things could have been a lot worse for you. You'd better invest in a motorbike jacket and gloves. Could have saved you some bruises and broken bones... I know my jacket and helmet saved me from worse damage
Still riding with Pirelli tyres? Change them for Michelin Pilot Actives as soon as possible. Especially on British roads. I've tried Northern Irish roads for a couple of years with another make of 125 and even with road tyres it was tough just staying on the road (and sheep had nothing to do with it, yet there were loads of them

Take good care of both yourself and your Vara

(You should have taken a blue one, they are a lot better

Yes, bt45 are very good too and recommended by many guys as basically similar to the Pilot Activ.
In France, Honda delivers all Varadero with Pirelli Scorpion. They are not so bad on dry road, but not really good as soon as asphalt is wet.
What is done in UK? What kind of tyres does Honda originally install?
May be Honda UK has the good idea to put something different instead of the shitty Scorpion...
